The hotel was bright, clean, and newly decorated, with lots of supplies in the room. While it overlooked the public car park, the service was exceptional, from lovely and very professional staff to attentive and caring personnel providing a parking permit. The location was ideal for exploring, being close to the centre and right on a bus route. The dining experience was amazing, with v clean fresh decor, and the pie was really good. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything one could need for a comfortable stay.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were scrupulously clean and beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. The location was ideal, within easy walking distance of all the attractions Bath has to offer. The dining experience was delightful, and the service was outstanding. However, the price could be considered a bit high for some pockets, and the facilities were lacking a bit in variety.

The hotel is ideally located close to a very noisy road but offers clean rooms decorated to a high standard, making it ideal for a short break. The staff is very welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious on both mornings of our stay.
